云南玉溪胶磷矿回水试验研究

摘    要:针对胶磷矿选矿回水成分复杂、利用率低等问题,对云南玉溪胶磷矿进行了回水试验研究。试验探索了Ca2+、Mg2+、SO42-、PO43-对选别指标的影响,结果表明这些离子对选别指标均有一定影响,其中Ca2+、Mg2+影响最为严重。经多种方法对比,表明采用"双碱法"+PAM混凝法可有效去除回水中的各种有害离子,处理后回水浮选接近清水指标,取得了较好的净化效果。

Abstract:Yunnan Yuxi collophane beneficiation backwater was studied for the problems of the complex composition and low utilization of the backwater. Effect on the sorting index had been explored by the ions of Ca2 , Mg2 , SO42- and PO43-. It showed that all ions had a certain impact on sorting index, especially the Ca2 and Mg2 . After comparative of multiple methods, suggesting that use of "dual-alkali" PAM coagulation method can effectively remove the harmful ions, the flotation index of treatment backwater are closed to the clear water and good purifying effect was achieved.
