保护信息系统IEC 61850建模及CIM扩展的研究与应用

摘    要:目前变电站保护信息(简称保信)应用主要停留在查看和管理层面,更进一步的高级应用分析需要模型的支持。文中总结了目前主子站保护建模现状,研究了故障诊断、保护定值在线校核等保护信息应用功能对保护建模的要求,分析了IEC 61850标准中一次设备模型、二次设备模型和一二次设备关联关系的表达方法,基于IEC 61850标准保护模型定义,给出了一种主站公共信息模型(CIM)中扩展保护模型的合理方法,并给出了保护模型源端维护、主站应用的流程。所提出的基于IEC 61850标准的保信建模和源端维护方案能够弥补主站CIM中二次部分不足的缺陷,消除主子站模型不一致性,简化工程配置,实现主子站上下贯通,支撑保信主站实现丰富的应用功能。

Abstract:So far, data view and simple relay device management can be done only in the protection relay information management system. Further application analysis function needs the support of a relay model. The status quo of protection relay information modelling is summarized. The modelling demand for application functions is studied. The modelling manner of primary equipment, secondary equipment and their incidence relation is analyzed. Finally a way to expand the common information model(CIM)model of master station and a kind of process for source end model maintenance are put forward. The scheme provided in the paper for relay information modelling and source end model maintenance can make up the defect of inadequate secondary equipment functions in CIM, avoid inconsistency, simplify engineering configuration and debugging as well, while supporting abundant application functions at the master station.
