| 摘 要： | 将建模仿真分析方法借鉴用于柴油机润滑系统开发中，借助MATLAB的Simulink软件，对柴油机内控制主油道压力的最重要的直动式溢流阀做仿真计算，完成在脉动流量输入下的进入主油道油压的动特性响应分析，最终通过柴油机润滑系统综合试验得到基本验证。

| Abstract: | The analysis method which use mathematics models and simulations is applied to the research of lubricating system of diesel engine.The simulations on the pressure-relief valve which is the most important element regulating the pressure of main oil gallery is established by the matlab,and the analysis on the dynamic characteristics of oil pressure of the main oil gallery with inputting pulsating flow is finished. Finally the result of the integrated test on the lubricating system confirm that simulation is appropriate and reliable. |
