| Abstract: | There exist with the county economy andtownship development in Liaoning such problemsas too small a population for the towns,improperplanning distribution of township enterprises,stag-nant development of township infrastructure,andlow level of township infrastructure construction.These problems should be solved through the es-tablishment of an administrative system suitable forthe development of the private sector of the economyand the reshaping of the spatial distribution of thetowns. |
