Abstract: | The psychotherapy termination process has, thus far, received too little attention both within and outside the field of psychotherapy integration. Drawing on their clinical experience, representatives from 3 different psychotherapy home bases were invited to identify several guiding principles that facilitate a therapeutic completion, as well as potential obstacles. To illustrate the complex and multifaceted nature of this subject, the author introduces an array of clinical questions that prompted him to organize this symposium.
