| 摘 要： | 归纳总结了机械零件可靠性设计的通用方法 ,论述了一种通用的零件可靠性分析软件的实现途径。阐述了软件的结构功能及其组织方式 ,提出了“设计问题分解”的思想和“设计向导”的解决方式 ,并编制了一套具有自主版权的零件可靠性分析软件。最后以一典型零件圆柱螺旋扭转弹簧的设计实例对软件进行了验证

| Abstract: | This paper summarizes the general method for mechanical components′ reliability analysis, and presents a method for developing a reliability analysis software. The structure and functions of the software are described; the theory of "Design Problem Decomposing" and its solution, "Design Wizard", are introduced. At the same time, a general component reliability analysis software is developed, which focuses on the strength reliability analysis in mechanical components. Finally, a typical example is used to verify the software. |
