Renovation of air-conditioning system of Hotel

This paper presents a successful renovation project of the air- conditioning system in Shenzhen Newspaper dub Hotel. The paper includes the project's plan and procedure. From the case, we can conclude that if the usage purpose of a building is changed from office to hotel (there are many similar cases in Shenzhen and even in whole China), the type of the air- conditioning system needn't be confined to normal FCU plus FAU system; on the contrary we can choose various optional air - conditioning types.The principle is that we should make full use of existing systems according to the different specific situation, to achieve the aim of maximum saving while meeting the requirement of hotel application.
