摘    要:本次试验是应某生产厂家的需要来确立的课题项目。厂家要求在其原有生产的主要原料基础上通过试验,在不提高坯体烧成温度或少许提高的情况下研制出主体参数吸水率在10%左右,烧成收缩率不大于7%的重质瓷配方。大生产试验的结果达到原有设计要求和目的,取得令人满意的成果。

Abstract:The research project was established at the request of a raw material supplier for a formula based mainly on the materials it can supply of heavy porcelain fired at the same or a slightly higher temperature but with water ab- sorption at around 10% and firing shrinkage not above 7%. After screening linage numbers of materials and over a hundred tests and preparation experiments, a series of reasonable recipes were obtained, and finally an optimized option was determined and put into production on pilot plant scale. Results showed the developed heavy porcelain products satisfactorily met the requirements.
