摘    要:针对热轧IF钢汽车原板生产中存在的温度偏差、边部黑线、宽度拉窄、卷取压痕等质量问题进行了分析,并结合生产实际,提高了板坯出炉温度,优化了E1立辊辊型、除鳞工艺、U形卷取模型控制参数和控制方法、精轧机组速度制度,并对活套单位张力进行了调整,提升了IF钢汽车原板的产品质量,实现了稳定生产。

Abstract:In this paper, some quality problems were analyzed which were found in sheet production process of the hot rolled IF steel automobile original plate, such as temperature deviation ,edge black line, width narrow, coiling indentation. According to the practical production , some improvement measures were proposed including increasing slab dropping-out temperature, optimizing E1 roll camber, descaling process, control parameters and method of U coiling process, and speed scheme of finishing mill and adjusting the unit tension of loop. Based on these measures, the quality of IF steel sheet were improved and the stable production was realized.
