灌浆参数优化设计分析及理论探讨

摘    要:在系统总结前人关于灌浆理论研究成果的基础上,提出了改进柱状灌浆的分析方法。基于非牛顿流体力学及浓度扩散理论,对灌浆可能达到的范围和灌浆效果评价进行了理论分析研究及公式推导。实例验证表明,该分析结果与实际工程中的总体结论相吻合,可作为防渗灌浆时浆液稠度设计、孔距布置及灌浆压力确定的参考和注浆效果的初步评判,并为灌浆设计提供理论基础。

Abstract:On the basis of summarizing the research results on the grouting theories, an improved analysis method of pillar grouting has been put forward. Based on the non Newton fluid mechanics and the concentration diffusion theory, the theoretical analysis and study and the derivation of equation on probable grouting range and effectiveness have been made.The case study proves its analysis results tally with the overall conclusions of the actual projects.Therefore,it could be used to assess preliminarily the grouting effectiveness which is determined by the grout consistency,grouting hole distance and grouting pressure.
