摘    要:化工过程监测与故障诊断是计算机集成过程运行系统中的一项关键技术,是保证生产过程安全运行的重要环节。文章结合数据分析与专家系统技术,提出了一种化工过程监测与故障诊断系统结构,包括三大部分:离线组态环境、数据库、在线运行环境。该系统采用开放式结构,具有很好的通用性和可扩充性。可用于一般化工过程的监测与故障诊断中。

Abstract:Process monitoring and fault diagnosis is very important for safely operation of chemical engineering process enterprises.It is also a key technique of Computer Integated Operation System(CIPOS).In this paper,a structure of process monitoring and fault diagnosis is proposed with combining data analysis and expert system.It includes three parts:system configuration,database,and running environment.Open structure is used in this system.The result shows that it has very good performance and can be applied for chemical engineering processes.
