| 摘 要： | 随着中国建筑市场的不断发展和承包竞争的日趋激烈，索赔管理已显得越来越重要。要健康地开展索赔工作，必须全面认识索赔，正确对待索赔，规范索赔行为，掌握索赔的技巧与艺术，合理处理索赔业务。分析了中国工程索赔的现状，介绍了索赔管理的特点，索赔的证据和依据以及索赔的工作程序，索赔的技巧和艺术。
