聚丙烯/滑石粉复合体系收缩率的研究

摘    要:研究了影响聚丙烯/滑石粉体系收缩率的因素,发现不同树脂的配比、不同粒径滑石粉的配比是影响收缩率的主要因素。通过X-射线衍射谱图对样品的结晶度作了比较,发现复合体系中以PP1:PP2=25:25(质量含量,下同),滑石粉1:滑石粉2=9:21时体系的收缩率为最小。

Abstract:Standard samples of polypropylene/talc composites were prepared via twin-screw extrusion and injection molding. The degree of crystallinity of the samples was determined using X-ray diffraction pattern. It was found that relative concentration of PP of different grades and the fillers of different particle sizes constituted important factors affecting the shrinkage of the samples. A composite with mass ratios of PP1: PP2 = 25:25, talc 1: talc 2 = 9:21 gave rise to the lowest shrinkage.
