| 摘 要： | 通过提升机架模具下模型腔的数控加工,介绍了Cimatron~(it)软件CAM模块中的WCUT工序在同一款模具加工中的应用。通过对WCUT工序加工刀路参数设置的合理安排,完成对型腔的粗、半精、精加工,提高编程效率,达到理想的加工效果。

| Abstract: | Through cavity of hoist housing mold NC processing,it introduced application of the WCUT processing of the Cimatronit CAM Module in the same mold.Through reasonable arrangements for the tool path parameter setting of WCUT processing,Cimatronit can complete rough,semi-finishing,finishing processing for cavity.It will improve the programming efficiently and achieve the desired effect of processing. |
