| 摘 要： | 首先分析了南京主城人口发展的现状、问题和症结。在对其用地潜力和人口规模进行分析的基础上 ,确定了南京主城合理的人口容量 ,并提出了促使这一合理人口容量实现的四项措施 :拉开交通框架 ,加快发展外围城镇 ;控制主城居住用地的投放量和区位 ,建立土地预征制度 ;调整传统工业 ,在四个新区预留产业用地 ;放慢旧城改造 ,加快新区建设

| Abstract: | This paper analyses the problems faced by the development of population in Nanjing, where needs a rational population size, therefore four measures are raised to meet with, such as enlarge transport framework, speed development of its surrounding towns, control the residential land use in city core. Furthermore, it is necessary to form a land pre-requisition system, readjust traditional industries, leave more land for industrial land use, push forward the new development areas while slow down the speed of urban renewal. |
