板翅式换热器的优化设计

摘    要:作为一种高效的换热设备,板翅式换热器越来越受到人们的广泛应用。基于多学科优化框架软件iSIGHT平台,采用多岛遗传算法,以换热器翅高、翅距、芯体宽度为优化参数,在不低于原效率的条件下以质量最小为优化目标,对板翅式换热器进行优化设计,最终获得板翅式换热器的优化结构。与优化前的模型相比,优化后的结构使板翅式换热器的质量减轻24.1%,并且效率提升7%。从而节约了资源,提高了经济陛。

Abstract:As an efficient heat transfer equipment, plate-fin heat exchanger has been more and more utilized. The height of wing, dis- tance of adjacent wings and width of the core are selected as the designable parameters. The optimal objective is selected as minimizing the system mass under the constrain tradition that efficiency doesn't decrease, and the plate-fin heat exchanger is optimized with genetic algo- rithm based on the iSIGHT optimization platform. Compared to the primary structure, the weight of optimal structure is reduced by 24.1% and the efficiency of that is improved by 7%for saving resources and cost.
