江苏省地下建筑节能技术研究与应用

摘    要:地下建筑的热工环境与地面建筑有着明显不同,通过对江苏省地下建筑节能技术及其选择方法进行分析探讨,对各种节能技术及其适宜性进行了分析。结合江苏省气候特色,以江苏省某地下商业建筑为例,研究了其围护结构节能和机械设备技术措施,得出了在保证地下防结露时的建筑耗能对比。结果表明,在满足采暖空调要求、围护结构防结露的室内环境前提下,采用机械抽湿控制结露的用能量远低于采取保温措施增加的空调能耗。

Abstract:Thermal environment of underground construction is obviously different from that of ground construction. The technologies of building energy efficiency for underground construction and their selection methods are expounded, and a variety of energy-saving technolo- gies and their suitability are analyzed. According to climate characteristics of Jiangsu Province, technologies of building envelope energy effi- ciency and mechanical equipments used in an underground commercial building of Jiangsu are discussed, obtaining building energy consump- tion for anti-condeusation of underground project. The results show that, energy consumption of mechanical dehumidifiers for condensation control is much lower than the air-conditioning energy consumption for thermal insulation by meeting the requirements of indoor environment through heating and air conditioning and anti-condensation.
