| 摘 要： | 建筑节能是事关我国建设社会主义和谐社会、保持经济社会可持续发展的战略命题。经济激励是建筑节能的合理选择。在对我国建筑能耗现状、建筑节能潜力、建筑节能效益进行分析基础上，论证了我国现阶段对建筑节能进行经济激励的必要性和可行性，借鉴发达国家建筑节能经济激励政策的成功实践，梳理出我国建筑节能经济激励的政策建议与展望，即合理定位、系统设计、动态改进。

| Abstract: | Architectural energy-saving is a strategic proposition of founding a socialist harmonious society and maintaining sustainable development of socio-economy. Economic incentive is a reasonable choice for building energy saving. The paper expounds attd proves the ne- cessity and feasibility of economic incentive of architectural energy efficiency, based on the analysis of the current energy consumption, ener- gy-saving potential at~d energy-saving benefit in domestic buildings, by referring to the successful experience of economic incentive polices for architectural energy efficiency in developed countries. Furthermore, the paper points out the recommendations and prospects of the eco- nomic incer~tive polices for architectural energy efficiency in domestic buildings, that is to say, a reasonable position, system design, dynamic imp rove tne nt. |
