催化裂化催化剂老化后比表面积、孔体积的测定

摘    要:试验表明,在不同水热条件下对分子筛小球催化剂进行老化,老化温度越高,比表面积、孔体积及微反活性越低。不同种类分子筛高铝微球新鲜催化剂的比表面积和孔体积的大小与微反活性的高低不对应,经800℃/17小时水热条件老化后,其比表面积和孔体积的大小与微反活性高低对应性良好。说明老化后催化剂比表面积测定数据更能反映催化剂的优劣。

Abstract:Molecular sieve aluminous microballoons catalysts are aged under different hydrothermalconditions. The higher the ageing temperature the lower are the specific surface area,porevolume and micro-reaction activity.However, poor correspondence is found in these valuesfor fresh catalyst.On ageing the catalvsts under hydrothermal conditions of 800℃/17h,agood correspondence in the aboves values is observed,indicating that the data measured afterageing can better reflect the quality of the cataIvst.
