交流接触器动态过程弹跳控制的研究

摘    要:在分析了接触器动态过程的基础上,提出电流积分的方法作为动态过程调节的判断依据,并以此给出了弹跳控制方法和控制流程。通过试验对比分析,验证了控制方法在减少动态过程的弹跳方面的效果,并且降低了接触器的吸持功耗。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the dynamic process,the current integration method as the judge of the dy-namic process was proposed to reduce bounce.A bounce control method and control flow diagram were thus given.By comparing with the test results,the control method could effectively reduce bounce of the dynamic process and the contactor’s holding power loss.
