基于PCI-1711数据采集卡的拉力试验机实时控制系统

摘    要:分析了液压拉力试验机系统组成和控制特性,使用VisualC++程序设计语言开发了拉力试验机计算机实时控制系统。通过PCI-1711高速数据采集卡实现信号的实时采集和输出控制,该控制系统能够严格控制系统的超调量,明显减小了液压组件载荷的波动与液压冲击,设备运行更平稳,提高了设备的使用寿命和控制精度。

Abstract:The system composition and control characteristic of the hydraulic pressure tensile testing machine is analyzed and the computer real-time control system is designed using VisualC++ programming language.The real-time signal gathered and output of the control system is get through the PCI-1711 data acquisition card.It can strictly control system's overshoot,the load fluctuation and the hydraulic shock of the hydraulic package are reduced obviously.The stability,the service life and the control precision of t...
