新一代热辐射涂料的开发

摘    要:应用传热原理和材料的微观热辐射机制,详细分析了热辐射涂料在锅炉和加热炉上应用的节能机理,定量分析了影响涂料热辐射性能的因素。理论分析和实际应用都表明,超细化与复合化可以有效地提高热辐射涂料的发射率与吸收率。采用超细化和复合化方法,成功研制出了发射率和吸收率均大于0 93的高温热辐射涂料,从而使其具有更加显著的节能效果。复合化与超细化是今后热辐射涂料研究的方向之一。

DEVELOPMENT OF NEW GENERATION OF HEAT RADIATIVE COATING
Abstract:With the principle of heat transfer and the microscopic process of heat radiation,the energy saving mechanism of heat radiative coating used in boiler and heating furnace,and main factors to dominate the heat radiative characteristics of coating are analyzedIt is proved in theoretical study and practical application that decreasing the particle size of the coating and the ingredient complex can increase the emissivity and absorptivity of the coating effectivelyBy ultra attenuation and multi component,a heat radiative coating with emissivity and absorptivity larger than 093 has been developedThese will give a brilliant prospect for the development of energy saving coating
