摘    要:本文利用反渗透浓缩技术与冷冻技术的科学方法和手段.研究和探讨迫使五味子保健酒中易沉淀成分过饱和析出,来提高酒的澄清效果和稳定性,为中药保健酒的规模化生产提供一种新工艺和新方法。

Abstract:Clarification and stability of Schisandra chinensis health wine were improved by forcing easy to precipitate composition supersaturated precipitation from heahh wine by using reverse osmosis enrichment technology and frozen technology. It provides a kind of new technology and new method for large seale production of traditional chines medicine health wine.
