脱色工艺中不同粒度活性炭对核桃油中苯并芘脱除效果的影响

摘    要:研究了在优化的脱色条件下,脱色剂对核桃油中苯并芘的脱除作用。结果表明:不同粒度的活性炭对核桃油中苯并芘脱除效果明显不同。加入油质量的3%的活性白土和0.3%的粒度120-200目的酒类专用粉末炭JT-205的混合物,可以将核桃油中超标的苯并芘(苯并芘含量为34μg/kg)脱除至10μg/kg以下,达到国家规定的安全标准,苯并芘的脱除率可以达到94%以上。而粒度(30-60目)的普通活性炭在相同条件下苯并芘的脱除率只能达到20%,核桃油中苯并芘含量从34μg/kg脱除到25μg/kg,达不到国家规定的安全标准.

Abstract:Removal of benzo a ] pyrene in walnut oil by decolorising agent was researched under optimum decol- orizing conditions. Results showed that removal effects were obviously different with different sizes of activated carbon. Content of benzo a ] p yrene in walnut oil reduced form 34μg/kg to below 10μg/kg with 3% activated clay and 0.3%JT- 205 activated carbon particles (74-123.6μm particular for wine industry.) , which was matched national food safety standard. And removal rate was 94%. However, content of benzo a]pyrene in walnut oil reduced form 34μg/kg to below 25μg/kg, and removal rate was 20% with normal carbon particles (247-494μm), which was not matched national food safety standard.
