摘 要: | 以牛蒡为原料,从液固比、微波功率及处理时间3个因素出发,研究各个因素对牛蒡中多糖提取率的影响,并在此基础上,设计正交试验,分析并确定牛蒡中多糖提取率的最佳工艺条件.结果表明:微波法提取牛蒡中多糖的最佳提取条件为:微波功率300W、微波处理时间2min和液固比40:1.最终多糖提取率可达13.41%。

Abstract: | Taking burdock as raw material, effects of liquid-solid ratio, microwave power and treatment time on polysaccharide extraction percent were investigation, respectively. Based on single factor test, optimum process conditions were confirmed by orthogonal test. Results showed that polysaccharide extraction yield was 13.41% under microwave power 300W, time 2min and liquid-solid ratio 40:1 conditions. |
