摘    要:当前工程教育改革已经成为高等院校重要任务,工程教育专业认证是为了构建我国高等工程教育质量监控体系,提高工程专业教学质量而推行的一项重要措施,对改善教风学风,推进教学质量不断提高具有积极的影响。本文以兰州理工大学食品科学与工程专业为例,探索满足专业认证要求的地方高校食品科学与工程专业人才培养模式。

Abstract:Currently, engineering education reform has become important tasks of colleges and universities. Engineering education professional certification (EEP) is an important means to ensure instructional quality of engineering education in higher engineering education quality monitory system, and has produced a positive impact on good style of teaching and study to improve teaching quality. Taking food science and engineering as example, talents training model of food science and engineering that could satisfy the requirement of professional certification was explored.
