摘    要:为了提高菲汀的收率,缩短生产周期,以脱脂米糠为原料,微波辅助浸提的工艺。通过正交试验研究微波辅助浸提时反应温度、功率和时间的最佳工艺条件,试验结果显示:微波辅助浸提法在适宜的操作条件下,比常规法的得率高,耗时短,质量可靠。正交试验获得最佳条件是温度为40℃、功率200W和时间40min。

Abstract:For increasing yield and shortening production cycle, taking defatted rice bran as raw materials, extraction technical phytic acid calcium was researched by microwave assisted extraction. Temperature, power and time of microwave assisted extraction were studied by orthogonal test. Results showed that there were higher yield, less time and more reliable quality in suitable operating conditions with microwave assisted extraction than those with conventional method. Optimum conditions were temperature 40℃, power 200 W and time 40 min.
