| 摘 要： | 在依据国标（GB/T 5513-2008）进行还原糖和非还原糖含量的测定过程中,发现该标准有些地方表达不太准确或缺乏可操作性。该文针对还原糖和非还原糖测定测定中遇到的问题,指出了该标准中的不足并提出相应的修改建议。
