论食品安全奖励机制

近年来，食品安全问题日渐突出。政府监管机构和职能虽经多次调整，但仍无法遏制食品安全事故的频繁发生。究其原因，在于过分依赖政府权力，而没有有效利用市场监管和社会共治的效用。本文试图通过建构食品安全奖励机制，完善食品安全监管制度以缓解甚至一定程度上解决当前食品安全困境.

Regulatory Mechanism for Food Safety

In recent years, food safety issues have become increasingly prominent. Despite repeated adjustments of government regulators and its functions, it is still unable to curb the frequent occurrenee of food safety incidents. Considering its reason, we will find that we are too over-reliancing on government power, and do not take advantage of market regulation and the role of social cohabitation. In order to alleviate or even to a certain extent to solve the current fuod security dilemma, we attempts to construct food safety incentives, and improve food safety regulatory system.
