摘    要:对280 MW汽轮机组启动阶段的振动异常现象进行了分析。研究表明中压缸上、下缸温差过大是引起动、静部件碰摩的原因,致使机组振动爬升;调整中压缸进汽参数可降低上、下缸温差,避免机组启动阶段的动、静部件碰摩现象。

Abstract:The cause of abnormal vibration of a 280 MW steam turbine set during start up is analyzed.Results indicate that an excessive difference,between upper and lower casing's temperature of the middle cylinder,has cause rubbing between stationary and moving components,which in their turn have caused vibration to gradually increase.By adjusting the middle cylinder's inlet steam parameters,the upper and lower casing's temperature difference can be reduced and therewith rubbing,between stationary and moving parts,during start up,prevented.
