青钢烧结配加烧结添加剂生产实践

摘    要:介绍了青钢烧结生产的基本状况,为了取得更好的节能降耗效果,青钢引入烧结添加剂。在烧结配料工艺环节通过变频器控制的小型拉式皮带机配加添加剂,配加总量控制在烧结矿产量的0.045%~0.05%。实践证明:烧结添加剂的使用对烧结矿质量没有明显影响,但能够降低固体燃料消耗3kg/t以上,提高产量3%。

Abstract:This paper introduced the basic situation of Qingdao Steel sintering production. In order to obtain better effect of energy saving consumption reduction, the sintering additive is introduced into Qingdao Steel. The sintering additive was added through a small pull-type belt conveyer controlled by transducer. The adding total quantity was limited between 0.045% to 0.05% of sinter production. The practice showed that the adding of sintering additive had no obvious effect to sinter quality. But the solid fuel consumption was reduced more than 3 kg/t and the sinter production was improved more than 3%.
