SCT模拟试样断裂试验研究

摘    要:通过对由标准CT试样发展而来的异形紧凑拉伸(SCT)试样的应变测试和断裂试验,证明SCT试样能够很好地模拟压力容器接管等高应变梯度区的主要特征。其试验结果与实物容器实测结果非常接近。文中给出了推荐的高应变区裂纹张开位移(COD)估算式。

Abstract:By strain determination and fracture test for special compact tensile (SCT) specimen developed from standard CT specimen ,it has been proved that SCT specimens can reproduce well main characters of high strain region nearby nozzles in pressure vessels . The test results are very close to results measured from real vessels . Recommended equations used for estimating crack opening displacement (COD) were given.
