高压径向柱塞泵连杆的有限元分析

摘    要:为了提高径向柱塞泵的额定压力,在JBP-40型径向柱塞泵的基础上进行改进,将额定压力由28MPa提高到35MPa。在高压下对该径向柱塞泵的连杆进行受力分析,并采用ANSYS软件对其进行静力学有限元分析,验证其强度和刚度。结果表明当额定压力提高到35MPa时,连杆的强度和刚度是足够的,为高压径向柱塞泵的研究提供了依据。

Abstract:In order to improve the radial piston pump rated pressure,at JBP-40-type radial piston pump based on improvements that will increase the rated pressure from the 28MPa to 35MPa.Doing force analysis under high pressure radial piston connecting rod and using ANSYS software to conduct its static finite element analysis,then verifying their strength and stiffness.The results show that under the rated pressure 35MPaconnecting rod strength and stiffness are adequate for high pressure radial piston pump and provided the basis for future research.
