| 摘 要： | 在水介质中不改变活塞行程的条件下，利用单因素法，对不同活塞与阀球直径比值进行实验研究，测量出不同直径比条件下的计量误差，从中找出相应条件下活塞直径与阀球直径的最佳比例关系，并给出了其拟合曲线图及数学公式，供柱塞泵设计人员参考。

| Abstract: | This paper utilizes single factor principle, without changing the journey of the piston in water medium, We designed different diameter ratio of piston and valve ball and made a large number of experiments, from which we measured measurement error under different conditions. Then we found out the best proportionate relationship of the diameter of the piston and diameter of the pistion and diameter of valve ball and got fit curve graph and mathematics formula. It can be a reference for valve designer. |
