有机防腐涂层质量的红外热波无损检测

摘    要:介绍了红外热波无损检测基本原理,针对现场钢结构表面有机防腐涂层质量检测的需求,利用红外热波无损检测技术对有机防腐涂层质量进行检测,并对实验结果进行了初步分析,研究结果表明,该技术可有效检测有机防腐涂层的脱粘和孔隙等缺陷。

Abstract:Principle of IR Nondestructive Testing(NDT)technology is introduced.To test the quality of the anti-corrosion organic coatings of a certain steel structure,IR NDT technology was used.Analysis was made and experiment was carried out.The results show that IR thermal wave NDT technology can test the bonding and porosity of anti-corrosion organic coatings and it is of practical application value.
