摘    要:采用振动频谱法实现了架空输电线路导线张力的间接测量。首先,对线路微风振动理论进行了分析,并对导线张力与其振动频谱关系理论模型进行了研究;进而研发了线路振动检测系统,将其从结构上分为振动检测与通信子系统,便携式信息采集子系统和上位机综合分析系统,并对各子系统进行了性能优化以提高系统稳定性;搭建了线路张力检测系统,并对该系统传进行了校准;最后,对架空线路进行了实测,并对所得数据进行了分析。结果表明,所开发的振动检测系统能够稳定、准确地测量线路振动信号,振动频谱法能够较好地估计线路张力,有望成为传统应力测试方法的一种有效替代。

Abstract:In this paper, the spectrum analysis method is used to detect the tension of overhead transmission lines. First, the principle of vibrations caused by breezes is analyzed, and the theoretic model of relationships between wire tension and its vibration spectrum is discussed. Second, the measurement system for wire vibrations is constructed, which consists of three subsystems, i.e. vibration testing and communication subsystem, portable information acquisition subsystem, and PC comprehensive analysis subsystem; and all subsystems are designed optimally to improve the system stability. Third, the wire tension measurement system is set up and calibrated. Finally, actual measurement on overhead transmission lines is conducted and the data acquired is adequately analyzed. The results show that with this vibration measurement system data can be acquired stably and accurately, and the vibration spectrum analysis method provides a good forecast of the tension of overhead transmission lines and is suitable for online monitoring, as an effective alternative to conventional methods.
