| 摘 要： | 以三亚红塘湾概念规划为例,探讨了在整体策略和市场需求下如何对滨海度假村进行定位,并根据不同片区基地优劣势,确定规划策略、景观风貌及适用人群,建造与自然条件相协调、统一,具有完整休闲游憩功能的度假区景观。

| Abstract: | Taking conceptual planning of Hongtangwan in Sanya as an example,the article analyzes the way to carry out orientation of littoral holiday village under integrated strategies and marketing requirements,and sets planning strategies,landscape and applicable people according to advantages and disadvantages of different districts,in order to build the landscape in holiday area with integrated leisure and resting functions,which is harmonious with natural conditions. |
