Cu基、Ni基喷焊层材料的浆体冲蚀性能研究

摘    要:采用氧乙炔焰粉末喷焊法制备Cu基、Ni基覆层材料及其加入WC陶瓷颗粒的复合覆层材料,用光学显微镜分析覆层材料的显微组织,对覆层材料的浆体冲蚀抗力进行对比研究. 结果表明:不同成分的Ni基覆层材料抗浆体冲蚀性能接近;CuAlNi覆层材料在低冲击角作用下抗浆体冲蚀能力较差,而在高冲击角作用下与Ni基覆层材料抗浆体冲蚀能力相当;NiCrSi B加入WC陶瓷颗粒形成的复合覆层材料的抗浆体冲蚀能力比基体材料有了很大的提高.该文还探讨了覆层材料的浆体冲蚀机理.

Abstract:The Cu-base coating, Ni-base coating and WC particles reinforced Ni-base composite coating were prepared by means of flame spray welding process. The microstructures of the coatings were analyzed with optical microscope, and the slurry erosion resistances of these coatings were compared each other. The results show that, the slurry erosion resistances of Ni-base coatings that have different components are similar; the slurry erosion resistance of CuAlNi coating is bad under the condition of low impact angles, while is equal to that of Ni-base coating under the condition of high impact angles; the slurry erosion resistance of WC ceramic particles reinforced NiCrSiB alloy composite coating is much higher than that of the matrix alloy. The slurry erosion mechanism of coatings is discussed in this paper, too .
