高压自控液动恒压节流阀的设计

摘    要:普通井口节流阀手动操作劳动强度大, 容易疲劳, 而且控制精度不高, 井口回压波动大, 为此开发了新型高压自控液动恒压节流阀。介绍了该装置的结构和工作原理, 并简述了设计要点。新型高压自控液动节流阀采用了液压控制机构, 具有控制精度高, 压力波动小, 结构简单,体积小, 质量轻, 维修方便等特点, 因而具有良好的应用前景。

Abstract:The conventional wellhead throttle valve is operated manually, so the adjustment accuracy is hard to control and high labor intensity is required. A new high pressure self-control hydrodynamic throttle valve is developed. The design feature and operating principle of the new valve is described, and the key points of design are indicated. Adopting a hydraulic control mechanism, the new valve has high control accuracy with small pressure fluctuation, and it is small sized and light weighted, therefore it will find wide application in oil fields.
