空调器钣金件抗振性能仿真分析

摘    要:本文以某机型产品顶盖为例,对不同结构和安装型式下钣金件的抗振性能进行了仿真分析,结果表明钣金件厚度和结构形式对其抗振性能影响较大,而安装形式对其影响较小,在钣金件减薄时,可以通过冲压凹槽和花纹来保证结构的抗振性能不致下降。

Abstract:In this paper, the vibration resistance performance of the metal sheet part is studied. And result shows that the thickness and shape of the metal sheet part has a great effect on its vibration resistance performance, while the way of its mount is less important. When the metal sheet part is reduced in thickness, it is feasible to keep its vibration resistance performance by punching some flutes.
