基于CS5484的电力参数测量装置设计

摘    要:分析了电能测量芯片CS5484的电路结构和工作原理,并设计开发了一种基于CS5484的电力参数测量装置,重点分析了电压通道和电流通道的电路组成。系统采用集成以太网控制器的微处理器STM32F107为控制芯片,可以满足复杂的控制输出和联网测量的需求。采用标准交流信号源对装置进行了测试,结果表明该装置对电压测量误差均在0.2%以下,无功功率的测量误差均在0.4%以下,可以较好满足电力参数的测量要求。

Abstract:The circuit structure and working principle of CS5484 are analyzed, and the energy power parameter measurement device based on CS5484 is designed and developed. Especially the circuit of the voltage and current channels are emphatically analyzed. This device uses microprocessor STM32F107 which integrated ethernet controller as the control chip, and it can meet the needs of complex control outputs and networking measurements. Using the standard AC signal source to test this device, the results indicate that the voltage measurement error is below 0.2 %, reactive power measurement error is below 0.4 % therefore this device can satisfy the requirements for the power parameter measurement.
