TiNi超弹丝的传感及驱动功能研究

摘    要:测试了TiNi超弹丝在恒温拉伸、卸载过程中的电阻-应力-应变关系曲线,分析了力学及电阻特性的变化机理。结果表明,在恒温拉伸过程中TiNi超弹丝的电阻变化率与温度呈近似线性关系,在卸载过程中TiNi超弹丝表现出较大的屈服应力。可得出TiNi超弹丝具有力传感与驱动功能的结论,为构建以TiNi超弹丝为组元的智能材料结构提供了理论依据。

Abstract:Resistance stress strain curves of TiNi superelastic wire during tension and unloading in constant temperature were test. Mechanism of the mechanics property and resistance nature was analyzed. Experimental results show that resistance strain relationship of TiNi superelastic wire was linear in constant temperature and TiNi superelastic wire has higher yield stress during restrained recovery. The conclusion that TiNi superelastic wire has sense and actuation property was educed. The theory foundation on constructing intelligent materials and structures using TiNi superelastic wire was provided.
