摘    要:为了考察FCC催化剂中高岭土形貌对分子筛微孔影响情况,把片状、棒状高岭土与Y分子筛超声波湿混和再干燥制备成为样品,用t-plot方法分析微孔表面积、微孔孔容变化情况,发现两种形貌高岭土都堵塞分子筛微孔,高岭土含量越多堵塞程度越大。片状高岭土对片状分子筛微孔堵塞程度大。

Abstract:Samples were prepared by wet-mixing Y zeolite with two types of kaolin with different shapes under ultrasonic irradiation and then drying.Changes in micropore surface area and micropore volume were analyzed by t-plot method.It was found that the two shapes of kaolin blocked pores of the zeolite;the more the content of kaolin,the more pores were blocked.Flake shape kaolin mixing with flake shape zeolite heavily blocked the micropores.
