| Abstract: | By means of the computer predicting model for the cutting force,torque and power of ball end milling cutters,the numerical simulation is carried out for investigating the cutting performance of ball end milling cutters with plane face. Through analyzing the influence of variation of cutting parameters on the cutting performance, the fluctuation trends and characteristics of cutting forces and torques of the ball end milling cutter with plane face under different cutting conditions are obtained. |
