基于离差系数转化法的齿轮传动稳健优化设计

摘    要:通过分析实现稳健优化设计目的的途径,运用离差系数转化法控制可控因素和不可控因素的变差对目标函数及约束函数的影响,建立稳健优化设计的数学模型。基于VisualC 平台,编制齿轮传动稳健设计的通用性程序。通过实例计算,将稳健优化结果与一般优化设计的结果进行比较、分析和评价,得出最佳齿轮参数组合,提高了齿轮抵抗外界噪声因素干扰的能力,使其质量更稳定、可靠。

Abstract:A robust optimal design method is presented by optimizing the objective function under certain restrain,which is influenced by the design parameters.Model for robust optimal design is established based on analysis of coefficient of variations. Furthermore, the design software developed on VC++ platform for the presented method is introduced.The application result of robust optimal design for gear driver shows that the design method provides higher performance in disturb resistance, quality stability,and reliability comparing to the conventional design method.
