| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了一种新型的基于两只智能功率模块的四相功率变换器电路。应用于开关磁阻电机调速系统(SRD),它比普通单独驱动模块驱动主开关器件性能稳定,外电路结构简单,具有实际价值;研究了智能功率模块保护电路设计,电源设计以及自举过程;通过实验波形论证了此开关磁阻功率电路的可行性。

| Abstract: | A new power circuit of SRM based on two IPMs was introduced.This power circuit was used in SRD.It's more convenient and reliable.Protection,power and bootstrap charge circuit of IPM were also discussed.The feasible of this power circuit was proved by experiment. |
