| 摘 要： | 根据大型铝合金U型框架的结构特点及技术要求,提出了适合成形该类零件的复合铸造方法——砂型+实型复合铸造;论述了U型框架铸造工艺设计,着重介绍了浇注系统、冒口及砂芯的设计过程,并讨论了铸件热裂纹缺陷的产生及其结构改进,对同类铸件工艺设计具有一定的参考价值和指导意义。

| Abstract: | According to the structure characteristics and technical requirement of the large aluminum alloy U-shape frame,a composite casting-sand mold integrated with full mold casting was presented to produce the parts. Casting process of U-shape frame was described,focusing on the design of gating system,riser and sand core.
