基于单片机的步进电机升降速控制研究

摘    要:对于需要步进电机快速定位的系统来说,一个合理的加减速过程是非常重要的。该文主要介绍了一种基于单片机的简化后的指数型加减速曲线控制方法。该方法既可以提高快速性,又可以保证系统的定位精度,同时对步进电机在运行过程中产生的共振现象提出了解决方法。

Abstract:The acceleration and deceleration are important to the stepper motor,in the high speed system.this paper mainly provided a new control algorithm on acceleration and deceleration of stepper motor by the microcontroller.With the application of the algorithm,the speediness of the system was improved under the holding precision of the position.And also with the method,the paper provided the solution of oscillation phenomenon in the stepper motor working course.
