摘    要:在研究GPIB等总线的特点及控制仪器的方法基础上,利用GPIB软硬件组合配置来完成GPIB总线接口仪器的通信,从而完成系统的自动化检定。系统操作简单、数据准确详实、检定报告完善,达到了检定要求和预期目标。

Abstract:The features of GPIB bus and the methods of controlling equipments are studied.The pubic information of GPIB standard interface card is used.The communication and test of GPIB bus interface are achieved by using the component configuration of GPIB hardware and software and therefore the automation of test system is completed..The practical application shows that the system is easy to operate,the data is accurate and detailed and the test report is perfect.Therefore this system reaches the requirement for te...
