可控式套铣打捞一体化工具研制与应用

摘    要:在油气田开发过程中,管柱砂卡、水泥卡是比较常见的井下故障,排除该类井下故障的传统做法是分别下入专门的套铣和倒扣打捞解卡管柱进行处理,施工效率很低。为此,通过将套铣与打捞倒扣工具巧妙组合设计,采用投球打压推动活塞原理,研制出可控式套铣打捞一体化工具,实现一趟管柱同时兼有套铣、打捞功能,且由套铣向打捞状态转换过程可控。现场应用表明,该工具具有结构合理、性能可靠、经济实用等优点,为解决长井段砂卡、水泥卡传统处理方法效率低下问题,提供了安全有效的技术手段。该项技术获国家实用新型专利,专利号为201020100201.6。
